Hello there dear gist partner!!!

Happy Sunday! How are you doing today? Did you go to church? It is my hope that you continue to draw close to God. 

IT’S OUR FOURTH BLOGVERSARY!!!

Can you believe it? The blog is 4 years today! I still remember deciding on the spot to start the blog while I was supposed to be researching and looking for cass😅. 

I woke up today with a feeling of immense gratitude and unworthiness that have carried me throughout the day. I’ve spoken on a previous Blogversary about how I had the dream to start a blog for years but I didn’t act on it. And in the last 4 years, I’ve been blessed by the blog and the community I now have here. 

I really don’t have much to say, I just came here to say that I am grateful to everyone of you who is my gist partner; thank you for staying with me, thank you for coming back, you have no idea how much it means to see you here. My gratitude to also goes to everyone who has taken the time to be featured on the blog, your words have blessed me and my gist partners immensely; God bless you, may your well go even deeper. 

And if you’re like I was, putting off starting that idea, not bringing that dream into reality because you’re waiting for certain things to be right, I would advice you to pray and start, let your step to the thousand miles begin today. 

Here’s to 4 years of gists in our community and to all the many great years and gists we have ahead of us, I am excited!!!

TUNES AND THOUGHTS: our song recommendation is ‘No lele’ by Greatman Takit. The song just came out a few days ago and I got to listen to it for the first time yesterday, I’ve listened to it time and again since then and it’s just such a celebratory tune, puts your heart in the mood to dance. But beyond that, when you listen to the lyrics of the song, you see that it’s a song that declares confidence in God and in the powerlessness of the enemy to do us, children of God, harm. So, my dear gist partner, anything wey dey your front, I want make you know say “no lele!” May your heart be blessed as you listen.
